Online marketers believe online videos are simply just as good as banner ads
New research found that nearly all marketing specialists believe that on the net promotional videos are simply as good as banner ad campaigns.
89% of marketers asked in a brand new study stated that they think online videos are more effective than, or as good as, more traditional ways of online advertising such as banner advertisements. This is up from 66% of internet marketers this time last year.
47% of those questioned stated that they had already started using the services of video production companies as a part of their digital marketing strategy, with almost two-thirds (61%) saying that they’d consider it as a possible option in the next year.
In addition to watching films on a PC or a laptop, more marketers are becoming aware of using video production services for other places. 63% of the people questioned said they were familiar with using tablets and smartphones for digital advertising, with video game consoles and connected Televisions (a TV with internet capabilities).
Businesses from a number of different industries and sectors can benefit from using online videos to promote their own products and services, and companies that aren’t using this kind of promotion might be missing out compared to their own competitors.
